Daniel Haering
Daniel Haering is Director of the IK International Research Center at the Universidad Francisco Marroquín. He also is a professor at the Institute of Political Studies and International Relations at UFM, where he teaches International Security Studies, Political and Social Violence and Populisms. His current research focuses on Guatemala’s political system and the impact of organized crime in rural areas, with special attention on drug-trafficking organizations.
